Nature manifests most of its structures on the base of the Golden Ratio,
very similar to the honeycomb nano-structure of Nano Acryl
The nano-structure of our Nano Acryl
has an average cell size between 30 to 50 nm.
This is the reason why water has No chance at all to penetrate the final nano-coating.

Nano Acryl resins of nasacoat have a molecular nanostructure in the form of honeycombs, as shown in the following pictures, obtained through a scanning electronic microscope, with a magnifying power of about 250,000 times.

Photo 1. Liquid phase of pure Nano Acryl

This picture shows the molecular nanostructure of Nano Acryl in its liquid phase, ready to be mixed with other components to obtain the final nano-coatings.

The clear spaces between the molecule groups are full of water.

Once applied, the water evaporates. While so acting, these spaces disappear and the nano-structure of the final dried film is completely closed.

Photo 2. Dried Pure Nano Acryl Structure

This is the reason why water has No chance at all to penetrate the final nano-coating.

This is why our final nano-coatings are 100% waterproof.

The average size of the nanoparticles is between 30 and 50 nm and, when the water dries, they are joined in a honeycomb shape, creating a continuous transparent film.

All coatings manufactured with Nano Acryl resist :
Extreme Weather - Salinity and Humidity of Marine Environment
Pollution - Animal Waste - Bird Drops - Permanent Puddles - Inorganic Acids

All nasacoat Nano-Coatings are 100% :
Water Based - Non Toxic - Free of poisoning Lead, Heavy Metals, Ammonia,
Organic Vapors Emission = 0 VOC - Free of cheap monomers : Styrene, Vinyl and VEOVA,
100% Ecological = Environmental Friendly and
Sustainable, but also for the Final User
Sustainable Materials for a Better and Healthy Future
I'm 100% waterproof and water can not harm me,
just humans can do this to animals and nature.
