INFONAVIT has issued the standards for the construction of social housings for 2011. Based on these new standards, all social housing to be built starting January 2011 must comply with the new " Green Housing " construction plan.

The new guidelines for reflective coatings on walls and roofs for housing oblige the products to be certified under the DIT-082/09 issued by ONNCCE and comply with Solar Reflectance ASTM C 1549 and Thermal Emissivity ASTM C 1371 values respectively.

Based on the results issued by MTi - Momentum Laboratories Inc. from Ohio - USA, Sun Glare, Power Skin 10 y Power Skin 5, all NASACOAT products, have been certified by ONNCCE under DIT-082/09, currently updated and renamed as DIT-082/10

Sun Glare, Power Skin 10 y Power Skin 5 all NASACOAT products, are the only ones in Mexico that meet the Green Housing standards and are certified by DIT-082/09 issued by ONNCCE.

Momentum Technologies Inc. certified solar reflectance and thermal emissivity on NASACOAT® elastomer materials, based on norms ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371.

Sun Glare, Power Skin 10, Power Skin 5 y Power Skin 3, all NASACOAT® products, have been certified by Momentum Technologies Inc. for their reflectance and thermal emissivity. You will not find anything on the market today that is 100% water based, 100% acrylic, free of harmful additives and with the same material properties as NASACOAT®.

NASACOAT products Sun Glare, Power Skin 10, Power Skin 5 and Power Skin 3 are recognized by the ONNCCE as reflective coatings for buildings under the Technical Approval Report DIT/082/09 issued on August 27th, 2009, renewed as Technical Approval Report DIT/082/10 issued on August 27th, 2010, renewed as Technical Approval Report DIT/082/11 issued on August 27th, 2011.

Thus, construction companies who use them in the INFONAVIT Green Housing plan, have access to the facilities and financial contributions that INFONAVIT has agreed in parallel with the new 2011 guidelines for Green Housing.

NASACOAT® products Sun Glare and Power Skin 10 proudly comply with the specification "100% acrylic elastomeric coatings - water based" ESP 4457.
